2. Why don’t you have a store front
a. This is a hobby store for us, we are starting small
3. How is it you can offer free shipping at a low price of $30/order
a. We try to use local courier
4. Why are you donating profits to charity
a. We feel very fortunate to be able to start up a small web store and feel the need to help the less fortunate women and their little ones.
5. Are you a non-profit organization
a. No, we just want to donate parts of our proceeds to selected charity
6. There is a product I like but I don’t see it on your website, can you order it for me?
a. You can send your inquiries to info@hatchlingz.com, however some brands have restrictions on webstore.
7. Why are you shipping outside of Canada
a. This store is set up with focus on Mommies in the GTA, if there is a demand from overseas client, we may decide to expand.
8. What if I changed my mind about my purchase?
a. If you change your mind about purchase before it has been shipped, you can email us at sales@hatchlingz.com. Please refer to our Return Policy for items that has been shipped.
9. Can I pickup my order?
a. Yes if you live in the GTA you are most welcome to contact us for pickup.
10. Why don’t you carry footwear and clothings?
a. We are a very small online store and do not have the capacity to store different styles/sizes, therefore we have made a decision not to carry footwear and clothings for the time being.
